Under the provisions of Article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By communicating their credit card number and the above-mentioned information, the customer authorises Peau à Peau to debit their credit card for the total amount including VAT of their order (delivery costs included).

To this end, the customer confirms that they are the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on this bank card to be debited is indeed theirs. In case of error in the wording of the delivery address by the customer, Studio Romeo will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of products ordered. In this case, the costs incurred for the re-shipment of the products will be charged to the customer.

Any order delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties that will be imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the customer.

Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, materialised by the delivery tracking mentioned on the website of the Post Office.

If, five working days after the shipment of the package, the customer has no news of their order, they must approach the Post Office closest to the place of delivery. If neither the Post Office nor the delivery tracking system offered on the Colissimo websites and mentioned above have no trace of this package, the customer must then contact Peau à Peau through its Customer Relations Department which will then open an inquiry with the Post Office. The Post Office’s final response times vary from one to three weeks from the time the issue is raised.

Considered in particular as cases of force majeure relieving Peau à Peau of its obligation to deliver are war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, and the impossibility of obtaining supplies etc.

In any event, delivery of our products on time can only take place if our buyers are up to date with their obligations to us.

It is up to the customer to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reserves and complaints which would appear justified, even to refuse the parcel, if this seems likely to have been opened or if it carries visible traces of deterioration. The aforementioned reservations and complaints must be addressed to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three working days, not including public holidays, following the delivery of the products, and a copy will be sent immediately to Peau à Peau. Failure to make a claim within these said time limits shall extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code.

The customer must make sure that the articles which were delivered to them correspond to their order. If the articles delivered do not conform in kind or quality to the specifications indicated in the delivery order, the customer must inform Customer Relations by email: and return the articles to the address and under the conditions provided in Article 8.


In accordance with Articles L 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a cooling-off period of fourteen days from delivery to reconsider their decision and return the item ordered without having to justify their reasons or pay penalties. Within this statutory 14-day period, the delivery costs will then be refunded if the customer returns the order in its entirety. In case the customer returns only a part of the order, the shipping costs will remain at their charge.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The risks involved in return are always the responsibility of the customer. Once the goods have been received, processed and accepted by our services, Peau à Peau will refund the customer the price of the returned products at the latest within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products.
